About T.A.G.
Tuguegarao Airsoft Group (TAG) is an organization of airsoft enthusiasts in the northern part of the Philippines - Tuguegarao City. it was officially recognized in October 2006. The purpose of TAG is to serve as a central organizing body to promote the sport of airsoft within the city and the province of Cagayan North, to provide a standardized set of rules and guidelines to enhance safe, fair and honorable play, and to provide a venue for the players in the city to participate in the sport.
Membership

Membership in Tuguegarao Airsoft Group is for anyone responsible in all airsoft rules. No person shall be denied membership on the basis of race, creed, religion, sex, or sexual preference. Minimum age for membership is 13 years of age although minimum age for participation in TAG sanctioned events is 18 years of age.

All members of Tuguegarao Airsoft Group agree to follow all rules as established by the TAG Governing Body. Failure to follow the rules and guidelines, including all codes of conduct, will subject the member to dismissal from the organization, and forfeiture of all rights to participate in any and all TAG sanctioned events.

Organization

TAG's main governing body are the TAG Officers. The Officers are appointed by the members of the group. The Officers determines the rules and guidelines for all the members, and mediates all disputes within the organization. Officers will serve until they are no longer able to fulfill the obligations of their office. Upon retirement, the officers and the members will have to nominate new replacement officers. Officers can only be removed by a majority vote of the rest of the group.

TAG is a not for profit organization, not a business. As a result, TAG will occasionally request donations from the membership to aid in raising funds for specific events, including funds needed for the maintenance of the web site.

Sponsorship

Although the minimum age for participation in a TAG event is 18, minors will be allowed to participate under the supervision and guidelines  of a guardian. In order to qualify, a minor and his/her parent or legal guardian must attend the safety rules and conduct of play briefing before being allowed to play. Briefing includes the safe and proper operation and handling of airsoft weapons and their associated safety gear, and the codes of conduct associated with the sport of airsoft.

Probation
All new members of the Tuguegarao Airsoft Group will be placed on probation for the purpose of ensuring that they fully understand the rules and codes of conduct of the organization. This probation period will last through the complete attendance of at least 10 TAG games. After the completion of the probation period, they will be considered members in good standing of the organization. During this probation period, a member in good standing will be assigned as the new members probation guide, helping to integrate and initiate the new member into the organization. A Guardian will be assigned to the new member at the beginning of each attended event. Similar to jury duty, all current members in good standing agree to be willing to serve as a Guardian for any new member as needed.
